Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of higrotech.com, mncannabis.net and BOOTH (platform.higrotech.net and booth.higrotech.net), which are run by HigroTech LLC (“HigroTech”, “we”, “us”). Store websites we build carry their own terms.

If your business has a signed services agreement with HigroTech, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using these sites you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

2. Who can use them

• mncannabis.net is for people 21 and older.
• higrotech.com and BOOTH are for adults (18 and older) acting for themselves or for a business.
• BOOTH accounts are given by invitation, to our customers and our team.

3. Your BOOTH account

Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at admin@higrotech.com straight away if you think someone else has used it.

4. Using the sites fairly

Please don’t:

• use the sites to break the law;
• try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren’t yours, or test our security without our written permission;
• send automated requests in volume, copy the sites’ data in bulk, or do anything that overloads them;
• upload harmful code, or content you don’t have the right to share;
• pretend to be someone else.

We may suspend or close access for anyone who does.

5. Content you give us

You keep ownership of what you give us: text, photos, logos, product information and posts. You give HigroTech permission to store, copy, display, adapt and publish it as needed to provide the services you asked for. For example, to show your photos on your website, or to publish the posts you approved. You confirm you have the right to give us that content.

Product information (such as product names, type, lineage and stock) may be used in the shared product library described in our Privacy Policy. Your own photos, writing and branding are not given to other stores without your permission.

6. Social media posting

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account:

• you authorize us to publish the posts you approve to that account, on the schedule you set;
• you’re responsible for making sure your posts follow the law, including Minnesota’s cannabis advertising rules, and Meta’s own terms and policies, which forbid posts that offer to buy, sell or give away cannabis;
• we may hold or decline a post we believe breaks those rules;
• Meta decides what happens on its platforms. We aren’t responsible if Meta limits, removes or suspends a post, account or app.

7. Information on mncannabis.net

• Store details, menus and stock come from the stores and their point-of-sale systems. They can be out of date or wrong. Check with the store before you go.
• Gordy’s suggestions are made automatically by AI and can be wrong.
• Nothing on mncannabis.net is medical advice.
• HigroTech doesn’t sell cannabis, and you can’t buy anything on mncannabis.net.
• Cannabis is legal for adults 21 and older in Minnesota under state law. It remains a controlled substance under federal law.

8. Our content

The sites’ design, software and our original writing belong to HigroTech or the people we license them from. Please don’t copy them without our permission.

9. Other companies’ services and links

The sites link to, and work with, services run by other companies, such as Meta, point-of-sale providers and store websites. Their own terms apply to those services, and we aren’t responsible for them.

10. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop any part of these sites. Unless your services agreement says otherwise, we don’t promise they’ll always be available or free of errors.

11. No warranties

The sites are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, HigroTech isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the sites. Our total liability for any claim about the sites is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Ending access

You can stop using the sites at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 5, 8 and 11 to 14 continue to apply after access ends.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Washington County, Minnesota.

15. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we’ll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we’ll also say so on the site and email BOOTH users. Using the sites after a change means you accept it.
